- "Portugal’s Perfect Athlete" Shanna has announced her participation for the TNA Gut Check seminar in Nottingham, England on January 24. As previously reported, Alpha Female has also signed up for the seminar.
- In a recent interview with The Sun, TNA agent D'Lo Brown commented on the importance of the Nottingham Gut Check in regards to the TV version seen on IMPACT Wrestling.
"If a kid comes in to the Nottingham Gut Check and blows my doors off, and I love what they are doing in the ring, I will speak to them further. I’ll tell them, ‘I like what you’re doing and what you have to offer. I’m going to forward your name on for the next step.’ That next step is moving that person’s name to the creative side, to say, ‘Guys, this guy or girl has ability’, and then they get whittled down. That’s how people get put on the TV version. This leads you right to the TV version if you do well in Nottingham."

Biggest Pops:
1. Hulk Hogan
2. Joseph Park
3. Sting
4. Samoa Joe
5. Austin Aries (!!)Most Heat:
1. Aces and Eights
2. Garrett Bischoff
3. Bobby Roode
4. Daniels & Kazarian
5. Robbie E. -
