Man könnte auch aus Aiden English & Jack Gallagher (Simon Gotch-Ersatz) das Tag Team "The Vaudevillains 2.0" formen ...
Also ich musste direkt an Damien Dandow denken...:D

Januar 2017 gegen Eric Young.

Zitat“I’m incredibly grateful for the time I spent with the WWE. I learned so much and made forever friends. I’m thankful to the WWE Universe for always showing love and support.”

ZitatWWE has come to terms on the release of WWE Superstar Austin Aries. WWE wishes Aries the best in all of his future endeavors.
Ziemlich out of nowhere, allerdings. Bin auch mal auf die Gründe gespannt...
Nun, zumindest hatte er sein Wrestlemania Moment.

ZitatPWTorch.com reports that Austin Aries requested his WWE release because he wasn't happy with being pigeonholed as a Cruiserweight and felt that he had more to offer than being a 205 Live wrestler. It was noted that he had a reputation backstage for having a bad attitude, which may have been why his release was granted. Aries officially signed with WWE in January of 2016 and debuted on NXT on the March 2nd episode. His last WWE match was a losing effort against Neville at WWE Extreme Rules on June 4th, 2017. Aries appeared on 205 Live the following week and said that he had been dealing with knee and neck injuries, and has not appeared on WWE television since. PWTorch noted that it's likely that Aries will work independent dates soon. They added that while he would likely appear at some high profile independent shows, "it seems unlikely ROH would be a landing spot for him unless some fences were mended."
ZitatAlles anzeigenOn the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer reported that WWE is stating that they released Austin Aries and that it wasn't Aries that asked for his release. Meltzer noted that while he was told that Aries did not asked to be released, he was thrilled when he was. Aries had signed a three-year deal early last year, so if Aries had quit on his own, WWE could have held him to that and he wouldn't have been able to wrestle until early 2019.
Aries had been unhappy backstage and Meltzer noted that he was upset that his pre-show match with Neville at WrestleMania 33 was not included on the DVD, so neither wrestler received any royalties from it.
As previously reported, Aries reportedly had some heat backstage. Meltzer said that a lot of people, including the writing team, did not like him.
Aries has a standard 90 non-compete, and will be paid his downside during that period. He will be be able to work independent shows during that period that WWE approves of. He will be eligible to wrestle anywhere else - like NJPW or GFW - in early October.

We can exclusively report that WWE has released NXT wrestler HoHo Lun.
Lun, who founded the Hong Kong Pro-Wrestling Federation, signed with WWE in 2016 and was a participant in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic. Lun defeated Ariya Daivari in the first round, but was eliminated in the second round by Noam Dar.
Lun last wrestled for NXT at the television tapings in late June, where he was defeated by The Velveteen Dream.

HoHo Lun Requested Release From WWE To Deal With Family Situation
Pro Wrestling Sheet has learned that HoHo Lun wasn’t fired from WWE … the wrestler requested his own release in order to deal with a family situation.
WrestlingInc first reported Lun’s exit and now a rep for WWE confirms, “WWE has granted HoHo Lun’s request to be released for personal reasons.”
No word on what the family situation he’s dealing with is exactly.
Lun came to WWE by way of the Cruiserweight Classic where he made it to the second round and was eliminated by current 205 Live star Noam Dar.
HoHo had been used sparingly on NXT TV, but did team with Tian Bing in the Dusty Rhodes Classic.
His last televised match was against Velveteen Dream in a losing effort back in late June.

ZitatRusev Throws Jab At Eva Marie
Yesterday, Eva Marie announced she was officially departing from WWE after working for the company for four years. About an hour after the news broke, Rusev tweeted out, "Hate to see legends retire!"
