    - Paul Heyman steht backstage mit Ryback für eine Promo bereit und meint, dass CM Punk ein Stalker sowie Tyrann sei, der mit seiner "Punkster Army" Ryback und ihn tyrannisieren könne, doch Ryback wird heute Abend darunter einen Schlussstrich ziehen und das Thema "CM Punk" ein für allemal beenden.


    - "Sir Money In The Bank" Damien Sandow kommt heraus und shootet gegen die Buffalo Crowd, bevor er ankündigt, schon sehr bald World Heavyweight Champion zu werden. Weiter meint er, dass er zunächst mit Dolph Ziggler einen ehemaligen "Mr. Money In The Bank" aus dem Weg räumen wird, bevor sich die Fans das erste Match des Pay-Per-Views, das World Heavyweight Championship Match zwischen Alberto Del Rio und Rob Van Dam, ganz genau anschauen sollten, denn wenn alles nach Plan verlaufe, dann werden sie Damien Sandow heute Abend noch ein zweites Mal sehen können.     - Backstage telefoniert RAW General Manager Brad Maddox, bis plötzlich SmackDown! General Manager Vickie Guerrero hinzukommt. Brad Maddox teilt Vickie Guerrero daraufhin mit, dass WWE COO Triple H und WWE Owner Stephanie McMahon die Halle verlassen haben und Brad Maddox für den Rest der heutigen Show verantwortlich sei, weshalb er um tatkräftige Mithilfe und Unterstützung von Vickie Guerrero bittet, damit es zu keinerlei Problemen kommt. Vickie Guerrero hat jedoch keinerlei Interesse und bekommt einen Lachanfall, bevor sie einfach davongeht und Brad Maddox allein zurücklässt.


    Bray Wyatt (w/ Luke Harper & Erick Rowan) besiegt Kofi Kingston via Sister Abigail (08:17)


    - Nach dem Match muss Kof Kingston auch noch einen Backbreaker von Erick Rowan sowie den Truck Stop von Luke Harper einstecken, bevor Bray Wyatt verkündet, dass es keine Gerechtigkeit gibt und das einer nach dem anderen fallen wird. FOLLOW THE BUZZARDS.


    Grudge Match
    CM Punk besiegt Ryback (w/ Paul Heyman) via Low-Blow Kick, nachdem Paul Heyman zuvor mit einem Kendostick auf CM Punk einschlagen will, der Referee dies bemerkt und daraufhin mit Paul Heyman diskutiert (14:47)


    - Vor dem Start des Main Events kommt es in Buffalo, New York, zu einem minutenlangen Stromausfall.


    Match for the vacant WWE Championship
    Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton endet in einem No Contest, nachdem Big Show zum Ring stürmt und sowohl Daniel Bryan als auch Randy Orton via WMD niederstreckt (25:22)


    - Als Daniel Bryan Randy Orton im YES! Lock zur Aufgabe zwingen will, stürmt plötzlich Big Show zum Ring und zieht den Referee aus dem Ring, bevor er ihn abfertigt und Daniel Bryan einen WMD verpasst. Anschließend kommt RAW General Manager Brad Maddox heraus und schickt den vom WWE COO Triple H freigestellten Referee Scott Armstrong in den Ring, wo dieser den Three-Count von Randy Orton gegen Daniel Bryan zählen soll, doch Big Show zieht plötzlich auch Scott Armstrong aus dem Ring und streckt ihn via WMD nieder, bevor er in den Ring steigt und sich einen Staredown mit Randy Orton liefert und schließlich auch den wütenden Randy Orton via WMD niederstreckt. Anschließend lässt sich Big Show im Ring feiern, während RAW General Manager Brad Maddox fassungslos auf der Entrance Stage steht und WWE Battleground 2013 "off-air" geht.

    There were lots of "refund" and "bullshit" chants inside the arena and then as fans made their way out of the arena. Fans in attendance noted that it was a very gloomy exit from the arena and that nobody was buying merchandise or being excited.
