Jerry Lawler ins Krankenhaus eingeliefert | Update

    WWE Hall of Famer und Kommentator Jerry “The King” Lawler (64) wurde, wie der PWTorch berichtet, kurz vor Beginn der “Old School RAW”-Ausgabe mit Brustschmerzen in ein Krankenhaus in Baltimore, Maryland eingeliefert worden. Lawler soll sich zudem übergeben haben.


    Im Krankenhaus habe man ihn durchgecheckt, aber schon eine halbe Stunde vor Beginn der “RAW”-Ausgabe wieder entlassen, so dass er bei der “RAW”-Ausgabe backstage anwesend war, aber nicht am Kommentatorenpult saß.


    Ersten Gerüchten zufolge nach, dachte man zu Beginn an eine weitere Herzattacke, doch dies habe sich wohl nicht bestätigt. Bereits im September 2012 erlitt Jerry Lawler eine solche Herzattacke und fiel bis November 2012 aus.

    Prowrestling.net reports that Lawler's son, Brian Christopher, became concerned and alerted WWE officials that something was wrong with his father. WWE then encouraged Lawler to visit the hospital as a precautionary measure.

Diese Brustschmerzen stellten sich am Ende als eine einfache Magenverstimmung heraus. Dies gab die WWE am Rande ihrer Übertragung gestern Nacht bekannt.


    Lawler war bereits während der Show wieder im Backstage-Bereich der Arena in Baltimore anwesend und verfolgte diese hinter den Kulissen, während Michael Cole und JBL nur als Kommentatoren-Duo durch den Abend führten.
