ZitatDixie Carter confirmed on Twitter that Friday's TNA tapings in New York City are sold out. She said they would try to release holds and admitted that there are still tickets available for Wednesday and Thursday's tapings.
ZitatAs noted, TNA's Friday night tapings in New York City are sold out as of Tuesday. For tonight's tapings and Thursday tapings in the same building, it's said that between 450 and 650 tickets for each event have been sold as of Tuesday.
Zitat- The IMPACT Wrestling Night 1 NYC taping was not sold out. Word is that between 550 and 650 fans were in attendance. As the second taping went on, many fans were seen leaving during the last hour.
- The crowd was packed at last night's TNA tapings in New York City and were said to be hot for most of the night. There was some concern about how the NYC fans would treat TNA but they were pretty tame, according to one fan. Another fan in attendance noted that they chanted "this match sucks" at Brittany and Madison Rayne before their match even began and pointed out how odd it was that wrestling legend The Great Muta barely received a reaction for his entrance. There were said to be chants for CM Punk, John Cena, ROH and others.

* Thursday night's IMPACT WRESTLING taping in New York City was praised as one of the top three or five best TNA events in the company's history.
* Scott Fishman, Senior Vice President and Executive Producer of Spike TV, was in attendance at the taping. There were some other Spike employees at the taping, but Fishman is a top level executive with the cable network and has had a long standing relationship with TNA.
* Company morale was extremely up after the taping. There was a feeling that the crew had accomplished something special and that it was a night where a lot of talents who had worked hard but hadn't been spotlighted as stars received a star reaction. TNA staff who had never really seen how loud and passionate the NYC fans could get were blown away.
* The taping drew a legitimate 1,200 fans at the Manhattan Center's Grand Ballroom. A source with the venue stated that 150-200 fans tried to buy tickets at the door but were turned away since letting them in would have put the venue beyond the fire code capacity.
* TNA held tryouts for some local independent talents before the fans entered the building. The only name confirmed is female wrestler Kasey Ray.
* TNA was selling signed and framed posters commemorating the Hardy Boyz reunion. Matt's wife, Reby Sky, was in attendance.
* Ethan Carter III was busted open during a match and had to get 12 staples in his head.
* The third and final taping at the Manhattan Center tonight is already sold out. TNA had sold out that date first but released an additional 20 tickets, which were immediately bought up.
* TNA is returning to the Manhattan Center from August 5-7 for more TV tapings. The staff and the performers also love the atmosphere at the Sands Bethlehem Events Center in Pennsylvania and may return there in the future.

* Friday night's IMPACT WRESTLING taping in New York City drew another sellout crowd of 1,200 fans. This was the show that sold out first among the trio, based on the advertising that the Hardys would be reuniting.
* TNA must not have been happy about video clips from the first two nights getting out, as security was in full force stopping any fans they believed were shooting video at the show.
* Morale remained up after the third taping as the NYC crowd remained hot for most of the matches on the show.
* TNA drew a total of 3,300-3,400 fans over three days of tapings at the Manhattan Center. There was a feeling backstage that the crowd was partially a different set of fans every night, as the performers were getting "welcome back" chants on the second and third nights when they had obviously been appearing at the venue all week.
* After the show, Devon played a rib on Al Snow by taking the microphone and asking everyone to sing for his birthday (it wasn't Snow's birthday). Apparently this is an ongoing rib from Devon on Snow.
* Backstage visitors at the show included Prince Nana, Steve Mack and the former Dirty Rotten Scoundrelz, KC Blade and the now retired EC Negro.
* Mistress Belmont from NECW and other New England promotions received a tryout before Thursday's show.
* A number of fans with House of Hardcore ticket stubs received a private meet and greet with Bully Ray after each night of the tapings this week as his way to make good from being pulled from the HOH events earlier this month. About 50 fans received the meet and greet at the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania tapings last week.
