Ring Of Honor hat nun für das ROH „Reach For The Sky Tour“ Event am Samstag, den 19. November 2016 in Leicester, England die komplette Matchcard offiziell bestätigt.

Nachfolgend die offizielle Mitteilung von Ring Of Honor:

Ring of Honor returns to the UK in November for the “Reach for the Sky” Tour with three huge events and tickets are going fast! The live experience of ROH is second to none and fans in the UK have clamored for the return of the “Best Pro Wrestling on the Planet” for years. The tour kicks off in Liverpool on Nov. 18th, rolls into Leicester on Nov. 19th and wraps up in London on Nov. 20th.

Already announced is a tag team dream match between the Young Bucks and the team of Will Ospreay and Marty Scrull! “The Aerial Assassin” Ospreay and “The Villain” Marty Scrull are both coming off tremendous international success: Ospreay won the 2016 New Japan Best of Super Juniors Tournament while Scrull was the winner of the prestigious 2016 Battle of Los Angeles. But longtime fans know that there is no love lost between two of the hottest stars on the planet. A night before they do battle one on one in London, these two long time foes will try to put their differences aside for one night against the standard bearers of tag team wrestling, The Young Bucks.

ROH Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness successfully negotiated with New Japan officials to procure Ospreay for Leicester and has told ROHWrestling.com that one or more championships could be on the line should the Young Bucks maintain their status as ROH World Tag Team and/or IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions through the Reach for the Sky Tour! Keep it locked in to ROHWrestling.com for the latest updates!

At press time, Adam Cole is the ROH World Champion for the second occasion. With all of the confidence in the world, and the confidence afforded by being surrounded by Bullet Club, Cole has a healthy schedule of defenses lined up heading into Leicester. But for Chris Sabin, Leicester is about revenge first, championship opportunities later. In a FIRST-TIME singles bout, Sabin will get an opportunity for revenge against Bullet Club’s American leader.

During the War of the Worlds Tour, Bullet Club attempted to hang Sabin in front of his hometown crowd in Dearborn, MI. Sabin and his Motor City Machine Guns partner Alex Shelley defeated Bullet Club’s Hangman Page and Cole in tag team action in Indianapolis in June but has been petitioning for a single’s bout with the man he feels was responsible for the vicious attack. In Leicester, Sabin will finally get his opportunity to get his hands on Cole in one on one action!

Sabin’s Machine Guns partner Alex Shelley will also have one of his biggest single’s test since returning to ROH last November when he faces a man who, for over two years, had one or both ROH World Singles Championships around his waist. Lethal comes to the UK hot off a pinfall on ROH World Champion Cole in an impromptu match in Lockport, NY, securing a future title shot. Since relinquishing the ROH World Championship, Lethal has been bent on facing any and all ROH stars to ensure a rematch. Shelley heads to the UK for his first singles encounter with Jay Lethal since 2004’s Scramble Cage Melee!

A historic tag team rivalry will be reignited when three-time ROH World Tag Team Champions reDRagon face the eight-time ROH World Tag Team Champions The Briscoes in Leicester! All four competitors have found success in both singles and tag team competition, a rare balance negotiated by world-class talents. Since reDRagon defeated the Briscoes for their first ROH World Tag Team Championships at the 11th Anniversary in 2013, Jay Briscoe has become a two-time ROH World Champion, Bobby Fish the ROH World Television Champion, Kyle O’Reilly a World Title Contender, and Mark Briscoe a World Television Championship contender. But these two teams that belong on the Mount Rushmore of ROH Tag Teams meet for the first time in two on two action since June 2014 in a bout that has the potential to be the match of the night!

Joe Hendry makes his first Ring of Honor appearances on the Reach for the Sky Tour and “The Local Hero” is jumping straight into the deep end, facing ACH in Leicester! ACH has hit his stride in singles competition and won the NOAH Junior Heavyweight Tag League tournament with Taiji Ishimori. A win for Hendry would immediately put him on the map for ROH fans across the globe while ACH looks to continue his winning ways!

The Addiction are the self-proclaimed “Smartest Men in the Room” and their mantles lined with championships lend credence to their bombastic claims. The former ROH World Tag Team Champions (of the World) have set their sights on the ROH World Six Man Tag Team Championships with KAMAITACHI. But “Almighty” Christopher Daniels and “Heavy Metal Rebel” Frankie Kazarian will have their most unique test in the UK when they face the team of Dalton Castle and Delirious! Castle and Delirious have teamed just once before and it was in the United Kingdom – can these two successfully channel their eccentricities and pull off the upset in Leicester?

Finally, Donovan Dijak will meet Lio Rush in Leicester! This clash of the 2015 and 2016 ROH Top Prospect Tournament winners is a rematch. Prince Nana believes the youngster Rush’s victory in Philadelphia was a fluke while Rush intends to continue his hot streak in singles competition that includes victories over Caprice Coleman and Jonathan Gresham!
