WWE kehrt noch in diesem Jahr mit einem Premium Live Event zurück nach Europa. Am Sonntag, den 31.08.2025 heißt es in der Paris La Defense Arena „Clash in Paris“. Damit wird Frankreich zum ersten Mal in der Landeshauptstadt eine Großveranstaltung von WWE präsentieren. Die Arena ist mit einer Kapazität von 40.000 Plätze die größte Arena Europas.
Darüber hinaus wird WWE am Abend nach „Clash in Paris“, also am Montag den 01.09.2025, die Fallout Edition von „Monday Night RAW“ in der Paris La Defense Arena veranstalten.
WWE war zuletzt im Mai 2024 in Frankreich veranstaltete in Lyon „Backlash“ vor 11.682 anwesenden Fans.

Im letzten Jahr hat WWE erstmalig 8 von 12 Premium Live Events außerhalb der USA ausgerichtet. Mark Shapiro (TKO) teilte Ende letzten Jahres mit, dass die Tendenz mit Fokus auf den internationalen Markt weiter zunehmen wird. Bislang ist jedoch nur der „Elimination Chamber“ in Toronto, Kanada, sowie „Clash in Paris“ in Paris, Frankreich bekannt.
January 29, 2025 – WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, today announced that Clash in Paris will emanate from Paris La Défense Arena on Sunday, August 31, 2025. This marks the first time a WWE Premium Live Event will be held in the French capital.
Paris La Défense Arena is the largest indoor venue in Europe and has hosted global artists including Taylor Swift, The Rolling Stones, and Bruce Springsteen. In addition to Clash in Paris on Sunday, August 31, the Paris La Défense Arena will also host WWE Raw which will be broadcast globally on Monday, September 1.
