John Cena will keine langen Auszeiten von der WWE

„The New York Times“ hat nun einen Artikel über den Aufstieg von Pro Wrestlern zu Film- & TV-Stars veröffentlicht und diesbezüglich u.a. John Cena für einen Kommentar kontaktiert. Darin ließ John Cena verlauten, dass er keinerlei Absichten habe, die WWE für längere Zeit zu verlassen, was auch der Grund sei, warum er bei der Auswahl seiner Filmrollen sehr wählerisch ist.

“I have a very good mutual understanding with my boss that I don’t ever want to leave; I really like it in the ring. I try to pick opportunities that don’t take me away from WWE for too long. I try to do opportunities that can really help expand our audience and bring new eyes to our product.”
