MLW: Verschiebung von Dezember-Event ins Frühjahr

Die amerikanische Wrestling-Liga MLW (Major League Wrestling) verkündete gestern, dass sie ihr Dezember-Event ins Frühjahr verschieben werden.

Der eigentliche Plan sah vor, dass das Event am 05. Dezember starten werde. Aufgrund der COVID-19 Pandemie sah man sich nun gezwungen, das Event auf den 10. April 2021 zu verschieben. Trotz der Verschiebung versicherte MLW aber, dass der Standort, 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, bleiben werde und die bereits verkauften Tickets für den 05. Dezember übertragen auf den 10. April gültig seien.

Wie bereits bekannt, kehrt die MLW mit ihrem #TheRestart am 18. November zurück. YouTube, Pluto TV, DAZN, Fubo Sports und beIN SPORTS übertragen das Ereignis.

Nachfolgend die offizielle Mitteilung:

Major League Wrestling today announced its December 5th event in Philadelphia at the 2300 Arena has been postponed and rescheduled due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
All tickets purchased for the originally scheduled date will be honored for April 10 with all ticket holders guaranteed the same seat(s) and location.

The new date is Saturday April 10th at the 2300 Arena.

The health and welfare of all MLW fans, athletes, crew and staff are our highest priority.

MLW has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation with medical experts and city and state officials. With virus cases hitting all-time high numbers coupled with potential for tightening of public gathering restrictions, MLW has been advised to postpone this event.
