Februar 2017 in Portland, Oregon wurde offiziell bestätigt, dass RAW Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair ihren Titel in der nächsten RAW-Episode am Montag, den 13. Februar 2017 in der T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada gegen Bayley verteidigen wird. Außerdem wurde für die besagte Show auch ein „Festival Of Friendship“-Segment mit WWE Universal Champion Kevin Owens und WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho offiziell bestätigt.
