Bei den IMPACT Wrestling TV Tapings für Donnerstag, den 25. Juli 2013 wurde bereits das erste Match für das nächste IMPACT Wrestling Special offiziell bestätigt, welches am Donnerstag, den 15. August 2013 in Norfolk, Virginia, unter dem Motto „HardCORE Justice“ stattfinden wird.

So muss Chris Sabin seinen TNA World Heavyweight Championship Titel in einem Steel Cage Match gegen Bully Ray verteidigen, für das sowohl die NEW Main Event Mafia als auch The Aces & Eights vom Ring verbannt werden.
