Update zur Klage von TNA Wrestling gegen WWE

WWE Anwalt Jerry McDevitt hat nun in einem Schreiben an TNA Wrestling im Namen der WWE bestätigt, dass die WWE Ric Flair nicht dazu aufgefordert hat, TNA Wrestling zu verlassen, um einen neuen Vertrag bei WWE zu unterzeichnen. Er verdeutlichte, dass die WWE Ric Flair nie einen Vertrag angeboten habe und auch nicht vorhaben würde, dies aktuell zu tun.

Weiter stellte er klar, dass die WWE aktuell an keinem unter TNA Vertrag stehenden Wrestler interessiert sei und auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt versucht habe, TNA Talente abzuwerben:

„First, and as I advised you orally on the phone during our recent conference call, WWE has not solicited Ric Flair to leave TNA and enter into a contract with WWE. WWE has made no offer to Flair and has no intention of doing so.

Second, as I also advised you, WWE has not solicited any other current TNA talent to repudiate their contracts and enter into a contract with WWE. WWE has no interest in current TNA talent.“
