The collaborative relationship between Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling continues, bringing you matches and experiences you can’t find anywhere else! First up, on Sunday May 8th, GLOBAL WARS is coming to you LIVE on pay-per-view from Chicago Ridge. This massive event kicks off a busy week for the stars of ROH and NJPW, who are hitting the road to Dearborn, Toronto, and New York City!

ROH Nigel McGuinness has signed a tag team battle that could set the direction of the tag team division following the Global Wars pay-per-view!

ROH WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WAR MACHINE (“WARBEARD” HANSON & RAY ROWE) vs. “THE RAINMAKER” KAZUCHIKA OKADA & GEDO

Since capturing the ROH World Tag Team championships at Final Battle, WAR MACHINE has had one of the most intense schedule of defenses of any team in recent memory. With wins over Tough Guy Inc., Roppongi Vice, The House of Truth, and All Night Express stateside and many more victories in their successful tours of Europe, Hanson and Rowe have been virtually unstoppable!

In Dearborn, the two powerhouses may be in for some, well, Chaos. Former three-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Kazuchika Okada teams with fellow member of Chaos Gedo to take on Hanson and Rowe! “The Rainmaker” has just about done it all in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Gedo comes into this bout with over 25 years of professional wrestling experience – now they have their sights set on the ROH World Tag Team champions!
