Karsten Beck<\/strong> hat uns gestern Morgen angerufen und darauf hingewiesen, dass in dem Vertrag f\u00fcr den Kampf gegen Ares am Freitag vermerkt sei, in Ermangelung europ\u00e4ischer Singles Titles bei beiden Wrestler handele es sich um ein Non Title Match. Durch eine kleine Unachtsamkeit von Felix „Poncho“ Kohlenberg, die speziell im Zusammenhang mit Beck auff\u00e4llig h\u00e4ufig auftaucht, war diese Klausel nicht mit einem Hinweis auf einen aktuellen Stand versehen. Mit Ares<\/strong>‚ Titelgewinn des SCW Heavyweight Titles in Wil in der Schweiz am Samstag ist diese Klausel Stand heute also inkorrekt und in Ermangelung einer salvatorischen Klausel, die sich wie zuf\u00e4llig nicht in diesem Vertrag findet, somit auch der gesamt Vertrag.<\/p>\n

Beck wies daraufhin, dass er rechtskonform den Kampf gegen Ares verweigern werde, sollte es sich nicht um ein Titelmatch handeln. Er betonte, dass er kein Feigling sein, sondern viel lieber vor den Fans, die Ares immer als gro\u00dfen Champion wahrgenommen haben, diesen mit einem Titelverlust dem\u00fctigen wolle.<\/p>\n

SCW Pr\u00e4sident Pascal „SigMasta Rappo“ Signer, seines Zeichens auch wXw Hall of Famer, hat uns in dieser Lage gerne ausgeholfen und den Kampf zwischen Ares und Karsten Beck am Freitag Abend bei wXw Fight Club 2012 in der Steffy in Oberhausen zum SCW Heavyweight Title Match<\/strong> erkl\u00e4rt.<\/p>\n
