Smith James ist ein ehemaliger Sch\u00fcler des TNA Kommentators Taz und war zuvor im Nordosten der USA in der Independent-Szene aktiv. Via Twitter \u00e4u\u00dferte sich Smith James wie folgt: <strong><em>&#8222;The next 2 months will be my last indy shows for the foreseeable future (hopefully longer) as I was offered a WWE developmental contract.&#8220;<\/em><\/strong> Auch TNA Kommentator Taz meldete sich via Twitter zu Wort und gratulierte seinem ehemaligen Sch\u00fcler zum WWE Entwicklungsvertrag: <strong><em>&#8222;official congrats to a future player in WWE, @BigGameJames12 pleasure training u &amp; pleasure being friends with u! Kick ass bro!&#8220;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/sphotos-g.ak.fbcdn.net\/hphotos-ak-ash3\/603662_646481208698981_1810655009_n.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&#8211; Neben Smith &#8222;Big Game&#8220; James hat die WWE auch Matt Bennett mit einem Entwicklungsvertrag ausgestattet. Matt Bennett hat bereits in der vergangenen Woche seinen Dienst als Referee im Development-Bereich der WWE angetreten und war zuvor als Referee bei Jersey All Pro Wrestling (JAPW)
