Nachdem die neue Wrestlingpromotion von Jeff Jarrett namens GLOBAL FORCE WRESTLING (GFW) bereits Partnerschaften mit der japanischen Wrestlingpromotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) und der mexikanischen Wrestlingpromotion Asistencia Asesor\u00eda y Administraci\u00f3n (AAA) abgeschlossen hat, hat GLOBAL FORCE WRESTLING nun in einer offiziellen Pressmitteilung auch eine Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren europ\u00e4ischen Wrestlingpromotions, darunter u.a. auch die deutsche Wrestlingpromotion westside Xtreme wrestling (wXw), offiziell best\u00e4tigt.\u00a0<\/span>

July 10, 2014 PRESS RELEASE GFW REACHES AGREEMENTS WITH EUROPEAN PROMOTIONS<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

NASHVILLE \u2013 On the heels of partnership agreements with the top promotions in Japan and Mexico, Global Force Wrestling has formed an alliance with several of the top independent wrestling promotions throughout Europe. Revolution Pro Wrestling (www.revolutionprowrestling.com<\/a>, covering south of England), New Generation Wrestling (www.ngwuk.com<\/a>, covering north of England), Premier British Wrestling (www.pbwwrestling.com<\/a>, covering Scotland), Westside Xtreme Wrestling (www.wxw-wrestling.com<\/a>, covering Germany) and Emerald Wrestling Promotions (https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Emerald-W\u2026100651866652805<\/a>, covering Ireland) all have decided to #JoinTheForce.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cIf you look through the history of pro wrestling it\u2019s littered with great talent from Europe,\u201d Global Force Wrestling founder and CEO Jeff Jarrett said. \u201cWe put the word \u2018Global\u2019 in this new brand, and we meant it. We believe fans want a wrestling promotion that brings something new and exciting and will engage them at every turn, and that\u2019s what we\u2019re going to do.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Veteran wrestler Doug Williams, a multiple singles and tag team champion in his native England and in various U.S. promotions, has been instrumental in helping Global Force Wrestling put together this European alliance. \u201cI am very excited to be a part of the Force, and I really look forward to helping facilitate the relationships between GFW and these top independent wrestling promotions,\u201d Williams said. \u201cThe European style will bring something a little different to the table, just as the other partners will. I can\u2019t wait to see it all come together under one umbrella.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

GFW announced its partnership with Mexico\u2019s AAA on April 29 and with New Japan Pro Wrestling on June 23.<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
