The ROH WINTER WARRIORS TOUR rolls on through January! On Friday, January 22nd, we make our long-awaited return to Asheville, NC area for a huge Ring of Honor live event. All of your favorite ROH stars will be there, alongside some international guests! The main event for January 22nd features ALL the ROH champions teaming up to take on the Bullet Club! But that’s certainly not all Ring of Honor has planned for Asheville:<\/p>\n ADAM COLE VS. ACH<\/p>\n Two of the biggest stars in ROH fight it out in Asheville! It’s been over two years since Adam Cole and ACH had a one-on-one match in Ring of Honor. At that time, Cole was the ROH World Champion and ACH was a trying to establish a foothold in ROH. In 2016, Adam Cole is still one of the most elite athletes in professional wrestling and he’s been trying to get himself back into the championship picture. Meanwhile, ACH has risen through the ranks and become a top star in his own right.<\/p>\n Part of ACH’s journey to the top has been his ability to learn and grow from every single match he has. That was never more evident than in his Best of 5 Challenge Series against Matt Sydal! ACH battled his own partner to a series of increasingly competitive matches because he wanted to challenge HIMSELF. When he takes on Adam Cole in Asheville, he will be at the absolute top of his game.<\/p>\n Adam Cole has two things on his mind right now: the ROH World Championship and Kyle O’Reilly. Cole spent the first half of last year recovering from injury and the second half trying to destroy Kyle O’Reilly. But looming over all of his actions has been the specter of the ROH World Championship. Not only is Cole determined to win back „his“ championship, he has made it his mission to ensure that Kyle O’Reilly NEVER becomes ROH World Champion!<\/p>\n Cole’s bitter rivalry with O’Reilly was far from settled at FINAL BATTLE, where Cole defeated his former best friend thanks to some assistance from the ropes. Will his obsession with destroying Kyle O’Reilly leave Adam Cole vulnerable to his other opponents? For his part, ACH isn’t the type to count on that sort of distraction.
