One of the premier ROH events of the year, DEATH BEFORE DISHONOR XIV, will emanate from SAM\u2019S TOWN LIVE and be broadcast around the globe on Pay Per View, the FITE TV App, Playstation Network, and ROHWrestling.com! The next night, the stars from each promotion will return to Sam\u2019s Town to do battle in a national television taping with truly global implications!<\/p>\n The partnership between Ring of Honor and New Japan continues to grow stronger each day. Fans of both companies have requested talent and thought of dream matches that they would like to see take place on both sides of the Pacific. The announcement of NEVER OPENWEIGHT CHAMPION KATSUYORI SHIBATA making his ROH debut in Las Vegas thrilled fans around the world! Now, Shibata has answered an open challenge and has an opponent for Death Before Dishonor XIV!<\/p>\n Non-Title Match After finding a way to defeat ACH in a Last Man Standing match at AFTERSHOCK \u2013 BALTIMORE, \u201cPRO WRESTLING\u2019S LAST REAL MAN\u201d SILAS YOUNG was feeling confident. When asked by ROH interviewer Ian Riccaboni what his plans for Death Before Dishonor were, Young expelled Riccaboni and then reminded fans around the globe that the last time ROH and NJPW were in Las Vegas, Young was victorious in a four-corners survival match that was broadcast as an internet exclusive. After accusing ROH officials of putting him in a match that only „nerds“ could see on the internet, the extra-sour Young demanded something bigger for this trip to Vegas.<\/p>\n Young accused the stars of New Japan of taking up pay-per-view spots and called out one of the hardest-hitting New Japan stars of them all, Shibata! It took almost no time for perhaps the most-requested New Japan star in history to respond. Within hours of the challenge being posted online, Shibata accepted the \u201cLast Real Man\u2019s\u201d challenge and the two will meet in the very first bout officially signed for Death Before Dishonor XIV!<\/p>\n Will Young score one of the biggest victories of his career?
