Pro Wrestling Times has been able to confirm that there will be a Superstar Shakeup in the weeks following SummerSlam. There has been talk about it for the past two weeks, the ratings and viewership have been in a decline lately, and the idea behind this is instead of there being one big WWE Draft every year, there will be two Shakeups every year with the first one being after WrestleMania. Following that, there will be a Shakeup after SummerSlam.
Ultimately, the purpose of the Shakeups will be to keep both rosters and feuds fresh. In addition to that, we have been told by some within WWE that moves can also be done if someone is not being used on one show or doesn't have a role, and that it will be used to place those that may be coming up from NXT onto a brand.
Sasha Banks, Big Cass, the team of Gallows and Anderson, and Rhyno are expected to be moved to SmackDown. Contrast to Raw, we have heard that Naomi, Dolph Ziggler, Randy Orton, and The Ascension are expected be making the move.
In regards to NXT call ups, we have been told that Asuka, Bobby Roode, the Authors of Pain, and in what may be a surprising name, Liv Morgan, will be getting called up soon. It is unknown which brand they will end up on at this time, but there are plans for them to be called up.
Should any more names come up, we will keep you updated.

ZitatBackstage News On WWE Doing Another Superstar Shakeup, Superstars Getting Sent Back To WWE NXT?
There has been talk of doing another Superstar Shakeup after next month's WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view, according to new reports by PWInsider and the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. WWE previously held a roster Shakeup in April after WrestleMania 33.
While it might seem early for another Shakeup, The Observer notes that there is definitely talk of making a few roster moves in the fall. There has also been talk of sending one or more Superstars from the main roster to WWE NXT. The moves from the main roster to NXT would be for talents that were major stars in NXT that Vince McMahon simply is not going to push on RAW or SmackDown, even if they are over, or talents who are doing nothing on the main roster with the feeling that they could be more useful as top stars in NXT.

SUPERSTAR SHAKEUP TAKING PLACE NEXT MONTH?
It was previously reported that there is talk about possibly doing another Superstar Shakeup this year. According to PWInsider, there is talk about doing at least two shakeup per year instead of just one major WWE Draft.
In regards to the next shakeup, we have heard that it will probably take place within the first couple of weeks of September. We will keep you updated once an official word is announced or we receive more details.

News On Roster Changes And NXT Call-Ups: WWE High On NXT Star, Top Star Switching Brands, More
As seen at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III last night, RAW General Manager Kurt Angle and SmackDown GM Daniel Bryan were shown in the stands scouting talent.
We noted earlier this summer that another Superstar Shakeup was in the works after SummerSlam, with PWInsider reporting that WWE was looking to have two shakeups per year instead of one big draft.
We first reported that John Cena would be moving to RAW after SummerSlam. Cena is only advertised for RAW events and pay-per-views going forward, with the exception being a SmackDown live event in Shenzhen, China on September 17th.
Bobby Roode is expected to be moving to the main roster after losing his NXT Championship to Drew McIntyre at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III last night. Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio last night that WWE officials are "super high" on Roode right now, and he is expected to be in the top 5 on whichever brand he is moved to. Meltzer added that WWE has been wanting him on "the main roster ASAP."
Shelton Benjamin recently signed with WWE and has been rumored to be joining the SmackDown brand.
Other talent rumored to be heading to the main roster include Peyton Royce, Billie Kay, Hideo Itami, No Way Jose and The Authors of Pain.
