- Der ehemalige WWE World Heavyweight Champion Rey Mysterio wurde von der Sun nun in einem großen Interview zu diversen Stories, Hintergründen, etc. in seiner Wrestlingkarriere befragt. Dabei ging man unter Anderem auf Rey Mysterio's 3-monatige Titelregentschaft als World Champion bei World Wrestling Entertainment nach WrestleMania 22 ein. Anbei eine sehr interessante Aussage von Mysterio bzgl. eben jener Regentschaft:
"Now I go back and reflect on it, when I don't have the title, I think that things could have been handled a different way. Unfortunately I was the champion that lost more times holding the title. If that opportunity comes again I know what to aim at and try to perfect, that I didn't do throughout those three months, and make it better. There is more to Rey Mysterio. I think I can give a lot more. I need to hold onto that opportunity and not let it go."
- Auch Jake Roberts geriet nun mit einer kontroversen Aussage in die Wrestlingschlagzeilen. Dieser erzählte Kevin Eck von der Baltimore Sun, dass er seine Karriere niemals beenden würde, und er hofft, später einmal im Ring zu sterben:
"Going out in front of people always feels good. It's sad that in reality, you cannot go out there and do the same things you could do 25 years ago – and neither do I wish to. ... I'll never retire. It's my passion. I hope to die in that ring."
