Sony hat einen PlayStation Store mit Inhalten für den Handheld PlayStation Portable für PC eröffnet. Dort könnt ihr ab sofort Demos, Trailer und PSone Spiele herunterladen. Um das Download-Feature nutzen zu können, müsst ihr eine Software auf eurem PC installieren, welche die Inhalte des Handhelts mit eurem Computer synchronisiert. Alle Downloads werden dabei auf der PSP-Speicherkarte abgelegt.
Jeder PSP-Besitzer, der im Zeitraum vom 22. November bis 7. Dezember ein neues PlayStation Network-Konto erstellt, bekommt außerdem das PSone Spiel WipEout als kostenlosen Download.
