ROH „The Experience“ (12.02.2017 – Columbus, Ohio): ROH World Tag Team Championship Match offiziell bestätigt

Fans will have the opportunity to choose who will face The Kingdom, or whoever the champions will be, for the ROH World Six Man titles in the main event! For the first time in ROH history, fan voting for those live in Columbus will determine who will compete for the titles. Fans will be able to choose among 10 ROH stars and set the three-man team who could become new World Six Man Champs!

Fans also will determine the stipulations for two other matches that night via poll voting on ROHWrestling.com and the ROH Facebook page a few weeks before the event.

In addition, the ROH Executive Board has been working tirelessly to sign first-time bouts and grudge matches for The Experience. Our return to Columbus last year proved Buckeye State fans are hungry for the Best Wrestling on the Planet and we are committed to delivering a pro wrestling experience unlike any other!

The first match signed for The Experience is an ROH World Tag Team Title Match pitting champions The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) against War Machine (Hanson and Ray Rowe).

The Young Bucks have turned back all challengers in ROH since winning the title at All Star Extravaganza VIII in September from The Addiction (Christopher Daniels and Frankie Kazarian) in the much-talked-about three-way Ladder War that also involved The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley).

Former ROH World Tag Team Champions War Machine have yet to get their shot The Bucks, however. War Machine, who won the ROH World Tag Team Title in December 2015 and successfully defended it for nearly five months, haven’t had an ROH World Tag Team Title shot since competing in a gauntlet match in August.

Hanson and Rowe had a strong showing in the World Tag League tournament in Japan recently, and the two powerhouses believe they are at the top of their game. With War Machine’s distinct size advantage and hard-hitting style, it certainly appears that they present a matchup problem for the Bucks.

The high-flying and controversial Bucks can never be underestimated, though, regardless of their opponents’ size and strength advantages. They staked their claim as the best tag team in ROH history by defeating eight-time former ROH World Tag Team Champions The Briscoes (Jay and Mark) at Final Battle last month.

As the Bucks celebrated their victory in the ring, however, Broken Matt Hardy appeared on the video screen and issued a challenge to “The Bucks of Youth.” The Bucks have responded by saying that they will fight Matt and “Brother Nero” Jeff Hardy anytime, anywhere.

Will the Bucks have the Broken Hardys on their minds when they put their titles on the line against War Machine in Columbus? Will War Machine make good in their vow that “2017 is sure to be total and complete ‘War Machine World Domination?”
