WrestleMania 33 Matchcard: Zweites Match offiziell bestätigt

Nach den jüngsten Geschehnissen beim WWE Elimination Chamber 2017 Pay-Per-View am Sonntag, den 12. Februar 2017 in der Talking Stick Arena in Phoenix, Arizona, wurde nun das zweite Match für WrestleMania 33 am Sonntag, den 02. April 2017 im Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida offiziell bestätigt. So muss der neue WWE Champion Bray Wyatt seinen Titel gegen den WWE Royal Rumble 2017-Sieger Randy Orton verteidigen.

Im jüngsten Artikel auf WWE.com heißt es, dass es jedoch zunächst abzuwarten bleibt, ob WWE Champion Bray Wyatt und Randy Orton auch tatsächlich bei WrestleMania 33 gegeneinander antreten wollen und ob die Karten im WWE Championship Title Picture innerhalb der nächsten sieben Wochen möglicherweise noch einmal kräftig durchgemischt werden könnten, da der ehemalige WWE Champion John Cena noch irgendwann auf der „Road To WrestleMania“ seine Rematch-Klausel gegen Bray Wyatt einlösen wird und auch dem ehemaligen WWE Champion AJ Styles noch ein One-on-One Rematch um den WWE Championship Titel zusteht.

Following his faithful follower Randy Orton winning the 2017 Royal Rumble, The Wyatt Family doubled down on their success when Bray Wyatt walked away from the Elimination Chamber Match as the new WWE Champion. However, amid The Eater of Worlds’ championship celebration, the WWE Universe has collectively begun to ask one simple question: Will he and Randy Orton actually clash at this year’s WrestleMania?

It is, of course, tradition for the Royal Rumble Match winner to take on the champion of their brand at The Grandest Stage of Them All. However, in this case, there are many variables. Will Wyatt and Orton want to face each other at WrestleMania? And will that point become moot if John Cena invokes a rematch clause for the WWE Championship between now and WrestleMania?
