For the fourth-consecutive year, the stars of Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro-Wrestling will do battle with and against one another on the War of the Worlds Tour! Titles will be contested and dream matches realized as all of your favorite stars from ROH and NJPW do battle in Toronto, Dearborn, New York City, and Philadelphia! With the relationship between ROH and NJPW stronger than ever, tickets have moved fast and these events will sell out. If you are considering coming, do not hesitate! Officials from NJPW and ROH have been working around the clock to finalize matches for the War of the Worlds Pay Per View, emanating from the sold out Manhattan Center’s Hammerstein Ballroom! It will be broadcast LIVE on Pay Per View, the FiteTV App, Playstation Network, and ROHWrestling.com, Friday May 12 with a 9 PM EST bell time! A Triple Threat tag team match has been signed for War of the Worlds Pay Per View featuring the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champions!

IWGP HEAVYWEIGHT TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS WAR MACHINE vs. LOS INGOBERNABLES DE JAPON (EVIL & SANADA) vs. SEARCH AND DESTROY (JONATHAN GRESHAM & CHRIS SABIN w/ALEX SHELLEY)

War Machine defeated TenCozy to win the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Champioships at NJPW’s Sakura Genesis. Since then, “Warbeard” Hanson and Ray Rowe have embarked on a world tour, continuing to do what they have always done: find the biggest, baddest, and best tag teams in the world and defeat them.

At War of the Worlds, War Machine will be put to the test when Los Ingobernables de Japon sends EVIL and SANADA and Search and Destroy sends the team of Jonathan Gresham and Chris Sabin into triple threat tag team action! While the titles will not be on the line, NJPW and ROH officials have both stated that a win by LIJ or Search and Destroy would immediately put either team toward the front of the pecking order for a shot at the IWGP Heavyweight Tag Team Championships!

In front of a sold-out crowd in New York City, these three teams do battle, with the champions looking to continue their dominance and their foes looking to score a non-title win against the champs!
