Auf WWE.com wurde nun offiziell verkündet, dass WWE Intercontinental Champion Daniel Bryan keine ärztliche Freigabe für sein Match gegen Bad News Barrett bei WWE Extreme Rules 2015 erhalten hat.
Stattdessen wird Bad News Barrett nun in der WWE Extreme Rules 2015 Kickoff-Show ein Match gegen Neville bestreiten:
„WWE.com has learned that Daniel Bryan is medically unable to compete tonight at WWE Extreme Rules. Therefore, there will be no Intercontinental Championship defense.
