– Wie nun bekannt wurde, ist AWA-Gründer Verne Gagne am Montag, den 27. April 2015 im Alter von 89 Jahren verstorben. Verne Gagne litt zuletzt an Alzheimer / Demenz und wohnte in einem Altenheim in Bloomington, Indiana.

– Damien Sandow hat den Namen „Damien Mizdow“ endgültig abgelegt und tritt seit der dieswöchigen RAW Episode in Green Bay, Wisconsin, wieder offiziell als „Damien Sandow“ auf.

– WrestlingCorner.de berichtete bereits, dass ESPN am Dienstag, den 05. Mai 2015 eine einstündige Dokumentation namens „E:60 Pictures presents WWE: Behind The Curtain“ ausstrahlen wird. Hierzu wurden nun weitere Informationen veröffentlicht:

E:60 Pictures presents WWE: Behind-The-Curtain, a new one-hour documentary film featuring unprecedented behind-the-scenes access to Vince McMahon’s billion-dollar global empire. The show will follow three amateur wrestlers on their grueling, high-stakes climb with dreams of making it to the big show, complemented by candid interviews with WWE President Vince McMahon, his Executive Vice President of Talent Development, Paul Levesque (or ‚Triple H‘) as well as former WWE talents Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock – Dwayne Johnson, and Hulk Hogan. The result is an inside look into what is perhaps the greatest spectacle in sports entertainment – with its extravagant productions, flagrant drama, and sold-out arenas.

– WWE Superstar Alex Riley feiert am heutigen Dienstag, den 28. April 2015 seinen 34. Geburtstag.

– Die WWE wird am kommenden Montag, den 04. Mai 2015 bei RAW in Montreal, Kanada, eine „Pat Patterson Appreciation Night“ abhalten. Die feierliche Zeremonie wird beginnen, nachdem RAW am besagten Abend „off-air“ gegangen ist.
