For the second year in a row, Ring of Honor celebrates its anniversary in LAS VEGAS! On February 26th, all your favorite ROH stars head to the fight capital of the world for ROH’s 14TH ANNIVERSARY! Not only will this be a massive live event for all in attendance, the 14TH ANNIVERSARY is available LIVE on pay-per-view. Plus, this year’s anniversary features stars from NEW JAPAN PRO WRESTLING!

With Honor Rising in the rear-view mirror, some of the top stars from NJPW – including current IWGP Heavyweight Champion OKADA – will travel to Las Vegas and compete at the 14TH ANNIVERSARY! And the very next night, February 27th, Ring of Honor is back at Sam’s Town Live! for an ROH television taping featuring all of the fallout from the 14 ANNIVERSARY!

A SHOCKING UPSET at Honor Rising has altered the landscape for the 14th Anniversary and ROH Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness has signed the following match for Sin City:

*NEW* ROH WORLD TELEVISION CHAMPION TOMOHIRO ISHII VS. RODERICK STRONG VS. BOBBY FISH

“Mr. ROH” Roderick Strong entered 2016 as the ROH World Television Champion for the second time, putting the bow on his best year yet in professional wrestling. At FINAL BATTLE, Roderick Strong defended his ROH World Television Championship against Bobby Fish in a hard-hitting, competitive match. Fish had the title won when Strong tapped out! The fans in the arena and the cameras caught the submission, but the official in charge did not. Fish, believing he won, turned his back on Strong only to be knocked out by a vicious knee strike to the skull!

Since then, Strong has refused to admit he tapped out at FINAL BATTLE. In fact, he claims Fish is a „sore loser“ for not conceding defeat. Strong launched his RODDY VS. THE WORLD open challenge, defending his title against any and all challengers…except for Bobby Fish.

At Night 1 of Honor Rising in Japan, New Japan star TOMOHIRO ISHII shocked the world when he first answered the “Roddy Versus The World” Challenge, avoided a number of near falls, and then defeated Strong in the Main Event to capture ROH championship gold!

With Ishii the new ROH World Television Champion and originally scheduled to face Hirooki Godo, ROH Matchmaker Nigel McGuinness was backed into quite a corner. Strong wants his rematch against Ishii. Fish wants his rematch against Strong. The world-class competitor Ishii wants to prove to the world his victory was certainly not a fluke. In a move to satisfy all involved, McGuinness has successfully signed a TRIPLE THREAT MATCH for the ROH World Television Title for the 14th Anniversary Pay Per View between Champion ISHII, Strong, and Fish!

It happens LIVE on pay-per-view at the ROH 14TH ANNIVERSARY! While Fish and Strong are unquestionable two of the top athletes in all of professional wrestling, this match will have a psychological component that might be even more of a determining factor. The hard-hitting Ishii is now a wild card in this incredible feud and will have the championship advantage heading into Vegas!

The world knows that Bobby Fish CAN beat Roderick Strong and watched it happen at FINAL BATTLE! But was that just a fluke? Roderick Strong is at the top of his game right now but Ishii was able to defeat Strong on Ishii’s home court. On February 26th, Roderick Strong stops ducking Bobby Fish, gets his rematch with Ishii, and Las Vegas gets a TRIPLE THREAT for the ROH World Television Championship!
