Rückkehr der WWE Cruiserweight Division offiziell bestätigt

Beim aktuellen Providence-RAW (18. Juli 2016) wurden nicht nur die neuen RAW & SmackDown! LIVE General Manager offiziell vorgestellt, sondern auch durch RAW Commissioner Stephanie McMahon im Opening Segment offiziell verkündet, dass nach dem großen Erfolg der CWC (Cruiserweight Classic) die Cruiserweight Division wieder eingeführt und künftig exklusiv zu RAW gehören wird. Die WWE veröffentlichte hierzu auf WWE.com nachfolgenden Teaser:

In an extremely bold move, Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon opened a whole new wing of the New Era by announcing that – following the success of the WWE Network exclusive Cruiserweight Classic – Monday Night Raw will be the exclusive host to a trailblazing WWE Cruiserweight division!

Although little is known about which competitors might be a part this exciting initiative, it is clear that newly-empowered Raw General Manager Mick Foley plans to utilize the fast-moving, high-flying athletes to help bring Raw to new heights.
